At Visconti Orthodontics we are excited to offer you a First Visit Virtual Orthodontic Consultation option. The Virtual Consultation option gives you the chance to meet Dr. Visconti and to see if orthodontics is right for you without having to come into the office for that first visit, which is particularly important during the COVID-19 pandemic. By offering this First Visit Virtual Orthodontic Consultation, we at Visconti Orthodontics want to provide you with a convenient and easy way for you to begin your orthodontic journey.
To arrange your first visit virtual orthodontic consult you must call Visconti Orthodontics at 705-268-8400. You will be given a date and a time for the consult.
What you will need for the consult;
1.An electronic device with a camera. When you call Visconti Orthodontics to set up the First Visit Virtual Orthodontic Consult, you will be sent an invitation link. You do not need to have Zoom uploaded into your electronic device. You only need to click on the link to access the consult.
2. Two spoons. The consult starts off with an examination of the face from the side (profile) and then the front. Next the teeth and bite are examined. The two spoons are used to retract your lips and cheeks away from your teeth so that the bite and teeth can be examined. The consult will last approximately 45 minutes during which time Dr. Visconti will discuss possible treatment options, and the next steps to get you started, as well as an estimate of the cost and breakdown of that cost.
